I am so happy to have seen 214.0 on the scale today =] I have lost a total of 11.8lbs in 3 weeks along with the extra 3lbs I gained at the end of week two.

I am feeling so excited and ready for phase 2 of Atkins and to continue losing this nasty weight!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
