Although I was able to get the food under control yesterday, I feel tired, sick, and weak today. I am still trying to figure out if I should do legs and back or kenpo today. I have a few minutes to decide, so we'll see tomorrow what ended up happening.

Anyways, I have decided that my growing indulgence on carbs can be seriously depleted by just consuming more water throughout the day. I have made a commitment to have one to two bottles of water per two hours of work while I'm away. This should help take care of my fatigued and cold feeling.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
