I've been pretty frustrated lately. Craving a lot of sweets and not drinking enough water because it just hasn't sounded good. I get frustrated with trying to get the right percentages on what I eat. I think I'm getting too much protein, and it's causing constipation issues. I finally got under the 200lb mark for one day before going back up. Been wavering between 200-202 the last week. Yesterday I wasn't feeling well, but I was craving hard boiled eggs like crazy! Woke up this morning and I'm back down below 200. Time for a new plan and reformulation because I want to stay under 200 and continue to lose! Lake time is right around the corner!

I don't think you are having constipation issues because of your protein intake, mine has been much higher with no issues. Try adding more fiber to your diet and I think that will give you the boost you need. Don't get discouraged by the fluctuations on the scale, eat right and move more and the losses will keep coming. Good luck!

I add Mio and those kind of things to my water- i use tap and the taste of city water- blech-
but it helps me to get my water in
as far as sweets go- i have found a couple tricks that work for me-
freeze hershy kisses- they are small enough that you can pop one in your mouth and just suck on it like hard candy

Try adding 1-2 tbls of Benefiber to your diet for the constipation. It worked for me!

More protein=more fiber to balance it out. :) Leafy greens, benefiber, green veggies. more healthy fats will help move things more "smoothly" if your caloric intake limits will allow it. As long as you have healthy kidneys, you really cant have 'too much' protein!
