Hoping the week ahead is good for all of you.

Our week will be full of medical appointments. Hubby gets scans on Tuesday. Results will determine what happens next. I'm the one who always gets "scanxiety", but this time we both have it. The tumor in his face is obviously growing. We are blessed to have a great medical team, and trust them to lay out all our options on Thursday.

I see the pulmonologist tomorrow. Will find out about CPAP and meds for me. Also will discuss some kind of exercise program.

You know how many of us were taught to eat every. single. bite. on your plate? Well, at least I was. Nothing got wasted. It is a hard habit to break. Yesterday I threw caution to the wind 😁 and threw out part of my lunch and part of my dinner. It was liberating and felt wasteful at the same time! 🤔

Yep very liberating. I now at restaurants ask for them to pack 1/2 in a to go so I only see half the amount on my plate. At home make full batch but then put more back in freezer for later. So freeze back is another answer to throwing out.
