OMG! not sure what I'm doing differently this time but... goodbye 1st half stone!!! I'll just keep tracking the calories, going to the gym and making smart food choices (including portion size!) and hopefully, this downward slope will continue :) :)
231.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would ask you not to live in "hope" but dwell in determination. You have clearly proven your ability to lose weight so you know you can do it. You have what it takes so take it in both hands and use it to the full. There are far too many people on FS crying "I can't do it" you are a fantastic exception you are shouting "I CAN DO IT LOOK EVERYBODY" well done indeed I look forward to you telling us you have lost another half stone. As you are using "stone" you must be in UK as indeed I am.?
