I'm still losing weight! And this last pound finally puts my BMI in the "Healthy" weight range! I'm thrilled about that... It doesn't feel like a huge accomplishment though, because I feel like I look the same. I should've taken a before picture to compare myself to!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations, that's a huge accomplishment and you should be proud! :D I do understand about the need to "feel" it as well, but we all have off days, this could be one of them for you. Congrats again!
