Time to get back to work. After losing most of my staff at work and finding very little interest in the job openings, along with some very difficult personal family issues I have fallen into a very big hole. Goal is to lose 15 by my birthday.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
