I'm not dieting as such but more having to watch what I eat because I keep getting ill with digestive problems for some unknown reason. At my Diabetic check up recently the nurse was pleased I was losing the weight. I was around the 17 stone mark a year ago and eating a lot of junk. The more I get ill by eating junk the more I don't want it!
I have always been big as a child and adult. When I was in the Royal Engineers years ago I was 13st 7lbs so I won't worry until my weight drops below that lol. Although having said that I guess with all the activity and training back then a lot of my weight was pure muscle!!
I just weighed in my slippers, shirt and jeans this time and after breakfast. Not sure if it was shoes last time and a thick jumper? Makes a difference of a pound or two I suppose?
