Last time weighed on NEW MECHANICAL SCALES I THINK.
NEED TO WEIGH ON THOSE AGAIN TO BE SURE NO WEIGHT GAIN OR LOSS?

I have become SEDENTARY AGAIN as I am not being forced to move. This needs to stop as I have proven already that ACTIVITY IS ACTUALLY GOOD FOR YOU!

16st 2lbs fully dressed in shoes. Morning. After a lot of illness stress and worry I’m finally going back home. This moving business is back breaking and exhausting for a man of my age but the extra movement is doing me good and the stress is good stress if there is such a thing?

15st-5lbs.....weighed first thing in shoes and clothes without jumper.

Been suffering from DEPRESSION. GP noticed weight loss and asked why... suggested a course of counselling.

15st-9lbs weighed myself in shirt and jeans and shoes on.
I went to see the gp yesterday for my diabetic appointment. She says I’ve lost a lot of weight??? So checking in here.
Oh and they seem to be diagnosing me with severe depression. They made me an appointment to see the gp about it on Friday.
