Had to sleep at the hospital sleep lab last night so they could fit me for a CPAP. It's amusing that they think you should go to sleep right away in a strange room, strange bed, electrodes all over your head and chest, and a face mask strapped to your head! Ok, not so amusing. Then they wake you up at 5am to go home. I think I'm grouchy today!

I've been careful about calorie intake, so that's good. I know I need to move more, and hope to get a walk in today.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those that have been there totally understand and what sad some of us (namely me) have had to go through it multiple times. bty did you notice all the cameras 📷 too?

LCT... yes, I knew about the cameras. I had the first part of the sleep study last month. But I've never had to do a Cpap before, so the mask was new. It will take some getting used to. Hoping I don't need to repeat the testing anytime soon.
