Disappointed its less than a pound. But at least its a loss. I really dont think Monday is the best weigh-in. lol Beer is not my friend when trying to lose weight. Really not fair that its so tasty and my hobby as a home brewer. Interestingly, I've tracked my weight long enough on this site to see an obvious trend. The point in time when my weight spiked up coincides exactly with when I started brewing. I've thought about dropping the hobby because of this but really don't want to.
