Got to a goal weight for myself TWO months early. I wanted to drop 25 by my birthday (May 29th) and I got there more than two months early. FatSecret works! And I have been telling everyone about it. It is so easy to watch yourself when you have this calorie counter available at your finger tips. I know for myself I am very upset if I exceed my daily intake which I set at the government's RDI level of 2,200 calories for myself. I've only gone over a handful of times and I'd say a majority of the time I've stayed under 1,800 calories. I hope to continue on this journey down to 220 and maybe beyond.
232.7 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
