I'm excited! Finally, I started losing weight again!! Down 3.8 pounds since Monday!! Sadly, I've had to quit having my wine at night but I'll get used to it. If I could get down to my goal weight I would be thrilled! I've not been down that low since High School!

I understand what you mean by the wine thing. I have lost 175 pounds, and now my husband wants to drink wine and have fun with me everynight, but the weight loss is going slower and slower because of the wine. So, I will be giving it up too. He will be sad. But, I can have fun without wine. LOL Keep up the great job!!

try sparking water in a wine glass. it works. if that doesn't do it for you then go 50/50 red wine and sparkling water. This way you socialise and reduce the calorie intake.
