I started back on the eating healthy Monday and so far am doing really well. I did not put any weight on but managed to keep it off. I have started back on my fitness regime too. I did Wii active for 40 Min's and burned 242 calories. I then went out and did a two mile run only stopping once for a drink and to turn around. I was amazed because I have not been running in just under a year. I am doing the race for life on June 28 so if anyone wants to sponsor me that would be great. Bev's Race for Life website
186.5 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
