My feel my first week has gone fairly well. I have stepped up the fitness and I am really enjoying it. I still miss my chocolate and sweets but to be honest I know now that I can maintain my weight pretty well as that is what I have been doing for a few weeks now.

I only have another 20 if that to loose and then I will be at my ideal weight. I cannot wait for that to happen.
