😳 Don't know what happened here, this was one of the weeks I ate less and trained more. I will wait for next week to see how it goes but I wanted so badly to see 66. 🥴
149.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
