I did not record a weigh in for 2 weeks. It seems every 10 pounds I hit a plateau. So I waited to record something when I have lost weight. As long as the scale keeps moving I'm happy

I think a plateau is a way of our bodies telling us we need time to catch up with all work we've put into it so maybe they aren't such a bad thing. And it seems like you doing a good job but are those calorie counts right? Don't starve youself to get to your goal weight cause the first time you start eating "normal" you may overeat. Beilive me I know lol. Good Luck with your weight loss.
