So I did bad last night, my husband suggested we go out to dinner on a "date" and so I went all in...we went to Smokey Mo's, BBQ. Very satisfying except when I woke up this morning repeating it. I'd say today I'm doing better, chose a 8oz sugar free red bull instead of my 24oz fat free french vanilla cappuccino I usually get...I need caffeine for the hour drive to work and to have the energy to do PT (physical training that lasts an hour). Pushed myself today, didn't cheat, feeling it :)
156.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
