I was dreading stepping on the scales last night and I was pleasantly suurprised. i am convinced that they were broken so we will have to see what it says ronight/in a week.
When I go tback from skiing, it said I was 191 lbs so to be 188 with no dieting, I am pretty pleased with to be honest!!
Back on it now, I bought lots of nice salad and fruit last night and the sunshine is inspiring me. Just need to control myself with the easter eggs!!!
