I followed the diet, and exercised quite a bit last week, but after the weekend I guess I shouldn't be that surprised I only lost 2lbs. Which is two more than I lost the week before. So I guess I'm headed in the right direction. I know it's a slow process, and it took a long time for me to get to where I am now, so I don't expect to lose it all over night. But that would be nice if it happened...
