One month in and I'm so excited for what I've achieved. I've lost 8.8 kgs and I feel energised. Looking forward to next month and reaching my next goal.
207.7 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
