Despite feeling like a ate more than I should've yesterday, I knew that legs and back would take care of it. Chest, shoulder, and triceps were today. Had a great start with breakfast today, and lunch was a recovery meal. TONS OF WATER!
Tomorrow is Plyometrics, so I think I may treat myself to a muffin for lunch or breakfast. Should be good.
