1st week done and 1.5lbs down, always a nice thing to type! Off to the dentist today... broke a tooth about a year ago and spent the last 24hrs with horrible toothache (knew I should have got it looked at earlier but if it doesn't hurt....) Anyway, a bit of dentistry tends to help with the diet ;)
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
