know I know why the scale didn't change much for last 2 weeks.. low batteries!
well only 1.5 pound swing.
the trend is now 1 pound gain, for every month, for last 3 months...
that is what weight gain looks like!
taking action to stop this trend....
217.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
