So, I've been pretty good about the low carb thing. one day a week max I'll let myself have a bag of Doritos and sometimes an Oh Henry bar. sometimes I don't because I'm not craving either. I had been fighting myself about not eating Mr Noodles. (A staple in my diet when I did carbs hardcore) but miracle noodles spaghetti plus some Knorr stock powder and water make a good 70 calorie low carb substitute. I'm still happy with how it's going. Eating like a pig and losing weight is pretty awesome. I wish I did this years ago. The scale is still going the right direction. 335 -----> 287 since August 3 rd.
287.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
