I am having a very difficult staying on track. My weight hasn't changed. I am trying to maintain, but find that very hard. I notice even when the scale moves up or down. I blame it on stress... Things have been so up and down around here. I just want things to be normal.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

984 kcal Fat: 34.60g | Prot: 36.38g | Carb: 139.58g.   Breakfast: creamy peanut butter, fat free milk, carnation good start sugar free. Lunch: oatmeal high fiber. Dinner: sugar free apple sauce, chicken breast boneless skinless, cole slaw, Ready to Serve White Rice. Snacks/Other: bbq sauce, Restaurant Style Crunchy Seasoned French Fried Potatoes, skippy, ritz. more...

There's always going to some kind of stress in our lives. You need to remotivate youself. You have to believe you can do it. Try some new activities, buy yourself some new workout clothes, anything to give you motivation. You CAN do it!!
