Took the weekend off from all measuring. Felt liberating but now time to face the consequences. Proof that I cannot out hike a bad diet! This can’t all be fat, must be 🧂 as well 😂🤦‍♀️

136.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it's 100% true that you can't out train a bad diet.even eating crap in moderation adds up over time. it's like getting punched in the nose softly every day for a week. how's your nose gonna feel on Friday? my opinion anyway. hang in there you got this !!

Shrew, you are correct!! The blue line is not easy to come by!! I misspoke!! We all absolutely 💯 sweat and struggle for every ounce we lose!! 🥵 what was I thinking posting that??🤷‍♀️😂

I always say I'm going to go without logging when we go on vacation but I never do. I'm not disciplined enough. I'm sure you will lose that quickly! 💜💜

Thank you Diana for the confidence boost!! I really didn’t feel like I overate. Just a combination of food and drink 🤷‍♀️ So you weigh food on holidays? I’m already thinking of how I can maintain sensibly. I know I will have to continue to log….

While it IS discouraging to see the scale bounce up like that, a rapid gain like that WILL bounce right back down as the extra stored water gets released. You will be below the blue in no time.

Yes I log all the time. Only exception is when I had heart issue. That day I was pretty out of it..I log Thanksgiving and Christmas just to see how far over I've gone lol..Since I have a nutritionist and she has access to my log, I am pretty consistent. She keeps me accountable for sure!!💜
