How's it goin readers? Reached a milestone this week when I dropped below 215 pounds. I haven't weighed less than 215 in 7 years so i'm extremely pleased with my results. This is the first time i've FULLY committed to working out, eating right and just being all around healthy and it feels AMAZING.

I don't know if anyone even reads these things but thank you all for your silent support :-)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
