Yes! I’ll take it. Inflammation down. A little at a time. The struggle is real,especially with Lupus, but I’m not a quitter. I also can’t walk far, but I do what I can. 💯
195.8 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
