On yet another plateau. YUCK! I have noticed that my fat percentage is going down so weightloss can't be far behind.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i've been hovering around the same weight all week, so i know how you feel but we need to just hang in there! eventually the number on the scale WILL DROP!

yes it will. I wasn't very careful with my diet today so that doesn't help the situation - a bit of a binge on M&Ms.
