Scale thought about 158.5 for a second, maybe tomorrow. It is a good incentive to really watch my diet today. Tomorrow starts a week of having all the flooring replace in my house that should keep me busy. Pat

On yet another plateau. YUCK! I have noticed that my fat percentage is going down so weightloss can't be far behind.

I didn't make my birthday goal of losing 100 pounds, but am I a success - absolutely! My gifts to myself are the loss of 96.5 pounds, better health, and a zest for life I thought I'd lost forever.

Still at 159, but fat percentage is down. I keep reminding myself that slow and steady is the best way to lose. However the child in me wants it NOW!
