Im not sure what happened to my original post, so I'll post another one here in hopes it won't disappear
My doctor told me absolutely no more sugary drinks I need to drink water or unsweetened teas and anything without added sugars. so here is my plan that I intend to put into action. I am also supposed to get my caloric intake down to 1200 per day. He also referred me to a dietician. waiting on that phone call.
1. For the next 2 weeks and 3 days I am going to be drinking more water and green tea
2. In that time frame I will be cutting my sugary snacks back to one a day until November 7th I will stop all sugary snacks.
3. I will continue to record my food intake and water intake.
4. I will get my calorie intake down to 1200 calories per day.
5. I will continue to work on getting 10,000 steps per day.
that is all for today if I think of anything else I will update that.
