Yesterday's yoga split up was a success. Not only was I able to get through the rough stuff early, but the stretching at the end of the night left me loose and ready for bed. I slept pretty well. Anyways, I'm continuing on the downward spiral. Today is going to be a higher calorie day, as its also legs and back day. I'm not looking forward to how my legs feel tomorrow. Maybe I'll add in x-stretch to the kenpo workout tomorrow, so that I go into next week feeling relaxed.
