Good morning my lovelies!! ❤️ Happy Tuesday!! 🤩

First off, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by yesterday to support me!! I value each and every one of you!! Thank you for being beautiful inside and out!! ❤️🤗❤️

Secondly, I want to address those negative comments that showed up as well. Some of you may have read them, I have deleted. I never understood the benefits of the “following” aspect on here, now I do and have changed my settings accordingly. I hope that helps.

As a Mental Health professional, I believe in having these discussions. I’m not gonna lie, after having such a beautiful day on here, and then to experience that, well it upset me. I know it was completely random, but even so, I was like WTF???? I think it was random 🤔I mean if I’m going to be targeted, why couldn’t it have been the FS CEO informing me that I won the lotto?? 💰 😂
This is social media and shit (sorry, I occasionally use unladylike language) is going to happen. There are all forms of bullying, and if it happens to you, please speak up. Bullies like to feel powerful. Take that power away from them!!

Whew!! Felt good to say that lol!! 🖕🏼🖕🏼the haters and I embrace all the lovely goodness of you all!! Much gratitude for who you all are!! 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🌟

Gonna have buns of steel after the weeks done. You have less than a pound to go tho. I suggest you take it nice n slow, savor your journey, appreciate the hard work that put you here.... also gives me time to catchup up 😂 My shoulder is still not 💯 but much better than where it was. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t even do dips cuz of the pain. It’s nothing I can’t get over tho 🦍

🦸🏻‍♂️, nope not slowing down lol. I’ve running my 🍑 off on my treadmill. My goal date that I set for myself is this Saturday. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 Happy to hear your shoulder is better!! Did you have therapy?? On your shoulder that is 😂

Oh you been quietly working hard! How much work do you put on the treadmill daily? And what else do you do? I thought you was just going to sit tight and take the L.......but you’re a feisty one 😂 surprises surprises No therapy except for self therapy. Been here before, if I could give it time to heal it’ll probably be recovered faster but then I’d lose a lot of gainz I worked hard for. Gotta keep the gainz

🦸🏻‍♂️, you’re not worried about injuring yourself further with not resting it? I’ve been lucky so I have no idea how an injury goes. Good luck!! 🌟🌟 I love the outdoors so hiking is one of my fave activities. As a yogi, I believe in balance so I exercise differently each day. If I can’t get outside or I’m pressed for time , I run on my TM. Yoga, barre and Pilates at the studio I attend. I lift weights but nothing like you 😂😂 but I love the feeling of strength that comes from that and I use a medicine ball. In the summer I swim, hike, paddle board and kayak. In the winter I ski, downhill and cross country, hike in snow and skate. So lol a variety. I get bored easily. I don’t log my exercise cuz I don’t even consider the calories burned, I don’t eat those. I try and be active each day, 30-60 minutes. I’m also a huge fan of stretching!! Quality of life as I age. I think that’s it 🤷‍♀️😂

No don’t get me wrong. When it first happened I was out for 4-5 days then slowly easy back in. First bw dips, then 25lbs strapped to me on dips and now 35lbs. All this I’m the span of 3 weeks. So it’s a gradual climb until I get to 70lbs which is where I was before I got hurt. You’re lucky, your body is young. When you get to my age you have to be more careful. You youngins got it made 🥸 I’m not so good at swimming, skiiing, paddle boarding, kayaking or skating orrrr am I flexible but other than that we have so much in common, we’re almost identical! 😉 what are the odds of that!🦄👽

🦸🏻‍♂️, that made me spew my water 😂😂😂 I turn 55 on Saturday so you are wayyyyyyy younger than me my friend. It doesn’t bother to say my age, I’m proud of it. Wow 70 lbs, that’s unreal strength 🥩🍰🤯🤯 Ummmm not sure how similar we are, oil and vinegar 😂😂
