I was truly shocked at my weight. I guess I didn't account for calorie burn. I can handle a 2oz gain after a birthday party...it's all good here🎉🎁😁
208.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
