Whew! Eating more, losing more! I figured that would happen. Hunger is a sign that the body is storing fat. I can't wait to see the final result now. I just finished my first half of yoga, and I will finish the stretching portion tonight before bed. Not only will this help me get to bed, but it makes the hour and a half much more bearable. Plus, I love the idea of two workouts, one morning and one night, as opposed to one. Working out AFTER dinner and lunch should help burn some of those calories before bed. Tomorrow is legs, so I don't plan on moving too much Sunday!
