I am fighting a head cold so everything tastes terrible.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better soon. Intermittent Fasting (IF) gets easier when you get used to it. Several methods of IF exists. Check them out to see which one fits your lifestyle the best. Good luck!

I had the flu shot. Now I have a cold. I am drinking lots of fluids. I felt better today. Thank you everyone for your support. I am still testing the intermittent fasting styles. Hopefully I will find one that helps my weight move.
