I did not follow my diet at all this week, due to celebrating 3 birthday's in a row, this week. Eating out, and drinking.
And didn't have time to exercise.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well we have to lose a couple lbs and exercise extra this coming week, cuz Restaurant Week is coming!

Get your butt on your treadmill or go walking at lunch time! I don't want to hear you whining when I get skinnier than you!!! Lol!!! Check out some of the crock pot recipes and other easy low fat recipes they have on here. I saved a few in my cookbook. They sound easy and delicious!
