so... here we are again... back at 238lbs after a fantastic trip home to see hubby's family in the US! I really can't allow this weight gain to continue and I know I've said this before and I know I'll probably fall off the weight loss wagon again but I'm going to get back into the food tracking and try to lose weight! Incentives?... well, none bigger than wanting to be around to see my kids grow up but need smaller steps to work towards in the meantime. Let's start with 7lbs by the end of April, 23 days time!
