Still u dear calories. Inflammation up
Took Lasix and Potassium

I am so glad the Government is finally getting so much salt out of food. I hate taking a bite that’s loaded with it as I never add it myself. It turns my mouth inside out. Yuck! Let’s all get healthy as much as po.possible!
198.2 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
