Haven't been here for a while and started getting lazy. Still going to gym but not with the gusto I had before, losing weight has now become a struggle... tomorrow I begin with my trainer again and hopefully this will kick start my weight loss again...
181.4 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
