Trying to bring the gratitude this morning. Maintaining this weight, while frustrating to me, is still a guft. I may not be shaking off this "extra" 25lbs but my body has exactly what it needs and maybe thats good enough right now. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
172.8 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1 game changer for me is to stop eating for the day at 6pm. Kinda hard to get all my calories in by then...but I sleep very well and the scale seems to respond😉

Thanks. I can't do that, though. I have four high energy kids. I don't get to rest and its super high stress. If I didnt eat after six I would faint.
