Well, My weight did not go up, but I didn't make it through the evening without eating before bed. Just had to eat the last cup of sunflower seeds. All the while eating it I was telling myself of my goal and then questioned myself why it didn't matter to me if I made it or not. I had no answer except that at that moment I did not care about the goal. The goal !! My goal ? Just what is going on with me. Damn it , Julie get it together. One yr ago I weight 216. Only those few lbs to get to the first leg of your journey. Today is a new day and I am going to the Yak Arena with daughter and great-granddaughter, so behave and eat when it is the proper time to eat and only what is necessary. No junk today... That is not too much to ask for. No goodies until Easter. Gave up sweets for Lent. Stick to it. It is a promise you make. Oh......Promise !! I do not break promises to others, but do break my own. Wow ........
235.7 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
