Today is a new day to get to my goal. Effort will go into it this day. Yesterday, I had cake and ice cream. Not necessary at all. I want to be healthy. Common sense know this it. Cravings are out of here. One day at a time and at times one moment at a time. This day I will be successful.
235.7 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
