Yesterday's workout was great. I also slept extremely well. However, I feel extrememly groggy, and I have for the past few days. I can't figure out what it is. I'm eating well, sleeping well, and working out. I just feel sluggish. Hopefully, I am not getting sick.
Anyway, great signs from today's weigh in. Lowest I've been in a while. I have plyometrics tonight, so that will get some burn and sweat going. I'm hoping to have a better weigh in tomorrow, as well.
