Had a 1300 caloric deficit and gained weight. What's going on?
136.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've had that happen... sometimes if you had high starch or salt in your diet the day before a weigh in you retain water and have 'psodo weight gain'. Keep the sodium down for 24 hours and weigh yourself again... it might surprise you. :)
