alhamdulilah I've just been fasting 3 days in a row now and just been having one proper meal a day but also trying to walk at least 8k steps. not bad so far alhamdulilah
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
