Going to bed lighter than this morning. Hopefully this means good things for tomorrow!

Also, I'm having major scale issues. Cannot get a consistent read for the life of me. Will invest in a better one this week. And some dumbbells. And a Yoga mat? SO EXCITING.

Also the weekend is approaching and with it the looming presence of... ALCOHOL. College + St. Patrick's Day + Thursday = potential disaster? Advice is welcome, but I am being realistic; not participating in debauchery is not an option...
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends + alcohol is also a big setback for me. Maybe fit in an extra work out before or after? Take light beer and low-cal mixers like tonic as opposed to Coke.
