a little Less bread and food last two days
259.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

I changed any bread I eat into whole grain whole wheat or rye. You need a bit of grains and good for heart and health - but when trying to get the weight off - I much limit the amounts - two small portions per day - highly processed and lots of sugars and fats and ... the killer Salt and I loooove Salt.

Bread is not necessary and was not consumed by homo sapiens sapiens for thousands more years than it has been. So you can safely give it up entirely, if you so desire.
