fat 42%. did spinning yesterday and happy to report I had 3 drops of my sweat under my bike! I do wipe myself with a towel as I hate sweat dripping all over especially in my eyes or face. then went swimming to gnien indipendenza, it was lovely after the terrific thunderstorms in the morning! treated myself to pastizz piselli and black coffee after my usual breakfast taken on a bench in the lovely Balluta square. today my daughter is getting pizza from Mekren Gozo as she was there for the weekend. I will stick to a slice with soup. hope she comes before 6pm!
